The Company

My client manufacture, supply and install quality products in it’s customers homes at a speed which is unsurpassed in the market.

The Role

  • Schedule installation work flow effectively, maximising revenue per day.
  • Communicate install schedule to Installers and Customers effectively.
  • Liaise closely with factory plan to reduce work in progress and increase JIT deliveries, fully utilising NetSuite system to its maximum potential and running the boards effectively.
  • Managing and coordinating day to day installation issues with related personnel and departments.
  • Resolve all installation debt requests within 4 days and conduct regular QA site inspections.
  • Pre-plan and deliver installation plans at least 3 days prior to installation, submit subcontractor RCTIs to administration prior to due date.
  • Oversee site deliveries with drop plan per day.
  • Ensure deliveries are on time and in full.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal Carpentry knowledge in a joinery business.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and able to build rapport quickly.
  • inspire and guide individuals, teams, meetings, groups, etc. toward goal achievement; modifying behaviour to accommodate tasks, situations and individuals involved.
  • Making efforts to listen and understand the customer (both internal and external); anticipating customer needs; giving high priority to customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining and promoting social, ethical and organisational norms in conducting internal and external business activities.
  • Establishing a course of action for self and/or others to accomplish a specific goal, in a timely manner. Planning proper assignments of personnel and appropriate allocation or resources.
  • Concerned for developing and applying resources, methods, systems and procedures in the most effective way.
