Sales Coordinator -South Eastern Suburbs

Randstad are curently looking for a professional sales coordinator to join our client on a permanent basis.

Daily responsibilities & duties include:

  • Answering Inbound calls using a dialler system in a professional and timely manner
  • Processing all customer enquiries and orders in accordance with their requirements
  • Fast and accurate order entry of orders received
  • Demonstrate high level product knowledge and technical expertise
  • Maintaining data integrity and compliance with internal standards and policies
  • Build customer and business relationships over the phone

What we are looking for:

  • A motivated individual with a strong background in customer service & administration/order entry
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
  • Excellent problem solving and follow-up skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service skills, internally and externally
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Ability to manage and influence relationships and expectations at all levels of an organisation
  • Intermediate capability on MS Office
  • Must have experience with AutoCAD
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
  • Positive and 'Can Do" attitude
