My client is currently seeking a professional sales representative to drive company growth and build new and existing client relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/attributes:

  • Previous sales experience
  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • Proactivity and time management skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Working towards achieving KPI’s
  • Shows initiative and persistence
  • Establishes and maintains strong working relationships
  • Experience using Cordell and NetSuite (JCurve) would be an advantage but not essential

The key duties and responsibilities of the role include;

  • Generating sales leads and quotations
  • Monitoring and achieving KPI’s
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Following-up sales in a timely manner
  • Closing leads generated by the marketing team
  • Arranging appointments for management
  • Responsible for providing an exceptional service to all clients
  • Checking clients’ material requirements and managing stock availability accordingly
  • Responding to emails, phone calls, etc.
  • Updating CRM with sales and file notes
