Right now, due to growth within the business, a leading beauty and wellness organisation is seeking an outstanding International Brand Manager (Cosmetics) to join! Our client is an Australian owned company that has a fantastic product offering and takes pride in their fantastic work culture.

Each of their brands are against animal testing and have stood the test of time in the Australian market, with product ranges growing year on year, this company is set to soar.


Driving one of the markets most consistent and most loved brands, You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic brand plans and executing annual brand campaigns specifically for the South East Asian market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to capitalise market opportunities. You will be responsible for the full marketing mix for the segment in the brand portfolio including development and implementation of all ATL and BTL activities, and marketing analysis. This position leverages global innovations to execute plans across the SEA market.

Keeping in mind, overseas travel will be imminent with up to 10 trips to South East Asia per year. You will be the face of this business overseas and will drive it to further success in the ever changing, ever growing, exciting Asian market. Our client is very flexible, if you want to be based out of Singapore for six months of the year, this can be arranged! Bilingual speakers are advantageous.

Success in this role will ideally come from demonstrated experience from within a Senior Marketer role or Brand Manager role selling into an international market. Degree qualified (not a must), you will possess a high level of communication and presentations skills, accompanied with an enthusiastic attitude to working in a team environment. A pure passion for cosmetics and beauty is a must!

To be successful in this role

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or similar
  • Experience in a Brand Marketing role, working across any channel
  • Genuine passion for cosmetics
  • Deep understanding of a broad range of marketing activities and initiatives
  • Previous experience in marketing within Asia
  • Experience within a FMCG or Pharmaceutical company is highly desirable
