Company Overview

An exciting opportunity exists to join one of the top four banks based in the heart of Melbourne CBD in their custody team, roles are across corporate actions, trades processing, settlements and enquiries. They are seeking an experienced financial services professional with a proven track record in investment operations to join their high performing team in an ongoing temporary role with the opportunity to go permanent. Day to day this role will see you processing client or advisory requests, as well as respond to enquiries and manage quality assurance and escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing requests
  • Managing reconcilations
  • Handling client enquiries within SLA’s
  • Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing escalations
  • Working within company policy and compliance procedures

Selection Criteria:

  • Previous experience in corporate actions or payments processing environment
  • Previous experience within a custody environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under a pressure in a fast pace environment
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
