Your new role

You will act as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders to ensure their technical queries are actioned. You will provide level 1 and level 2 helpdesk support and be the first call for resolution within business. Other ad-hoc duties may be required such as general administration, formatting documents and updating policies.

About you

Your proven and inspiring solutions based customer service skills combined with the ability to engage and create positive customer interactions will see your success in this role.​ You must have at least two years experience in a previous IT or technical assistance role.
