IMT Project Manager

Fixed Term Contract for an initial 3 years

Salary; $139,065 including super

A unique opportunity based in Wollongong to join an established team embark on an ambitious project to move its major corporate software applications to a single integrated mobile-enabled enterprise solution. This project will be a huge undertaking for the company, delivering substantial benefits when implemented, and supporting the overall organisational improvement approach and the new IMT Strategy.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the implementation, leading a multidisciplinary team with a strong focus on change, project management, and benefits realisation. This is an outstanding opportunity to stretch and apply your skills in a major project that will impact a considerable amount of people.


- Ideally experience delivering an enterprise cloud platform, TechnologyOne platform would be advantageous.

- Extensive experience in the initiation, governance and delivery of complex projects, including complex system and business change.

- Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to constructively lead, influence, and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, critically, logically and innovatively to actively manage risk, optimise solutions and respond to unforeseen delivery issues.

- Proven ability to prepare reports, formulate options and estimate costs to support effective executive decision making in relation to project and program scope, investment and scheduling.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment managing stakeholders with competing priorities.

- Experience operating within a highly complex and regulated environment, such as the government sector, will be highly regarded.

- Certificate in Information Technology project governance or a Bachelor Degree in a business, information technology, or financial discipline.
