Are you a Level 1 analyst or an IT student looking to build your skills and available to work fulltime? Do all your friends come to your for help with their PC or internet questions? We have the role for you!

We are proud to announce a 1 year contract that has become available in a Government agency in Parramatta. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain Government experience and build on your existing skills.

Some IT helpdesk experience is preferred but if you are currently studying in the IT area, enjoy customer service and have a passion to learn this is the role for you as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have at least 1- 3 years IT Desktop support experience and have strong customer service skills. You will be working within a large, supportive team working with varied stakeholders across this agency.

  • Some experience supporting ICT in a professional environment (or student environment - internship etc)
  • Demonstrable skills using ICT products and computer applications
