A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and team driven Marketing Coordinator to provide marketing and administrative assistance to our client’s Lifestyle and Household business based in Lane Cove.

To be successful in this role, you will have attained a diploma or professional qualification in Marketing/Communication, or possess proven equivalent industry experience. You will also be tech savvy, and possess the desire to exuberate creativity when promoting our clients brands on online channels such as social media and the company’s website.

The role will also require you to have exceptional time management skills, as the environment is one that boasts variety and a need for multi-tasking. You will also have proven excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will be required to work alongside a number of stakeholders, including the Marketing Manager, Sales Team and Product Manager.

The Role

Some of the key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Taking full responsibility for the website and maintaining and updating digital marketing
  • Preparing & updating new product presentations to promote product launches
  • Collating, updating and publishing the master price list twice annually
  • Assisting with the creation of marketing tools (e.g. catalogues, banners, leaflets, etc.)
  • Providing administrative support in organizing product launches, exhibitions, media relations activities, etc.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports using market research & data analysis
  • Liaising with internal & external stakeholders to assist the business with budgeting, marketing plan development, etc.
  • Managing the upkeep and presentation of the showroom

The Candidate

To be successful for this role, you will possess the following attributes:


• A degree or qualification in Marketing/Communication or proven industry experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using In Design
• Experience in digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Desire to work in a team
• Outstanding organisation and time management
