Located in Dingley The Key Account Manager (Vic/Tas) reports the State Services Manager overseeing HVAC Field Operations and Key Accounts.

Located in Dingley The Key Account Manager (Vic/Tas) reports the State Services Manager overseeing HVAC Field Operations and Key Accounts.

Primary function of The Key Account Manager achieving individual and company sales objectives through active promotion of our professional organisation that delivers quality service and maintenance of Commercial air conditioning equipment, control systems and projects. The Account manager additionally provides service team leadership and local operational direction to branch operations, ensuring efforts are directed in signing up for preventive and maintenance contracts,

The mandate requires expertise across client management, business operations, strong technical background and in depth knowledge and qualification in AC and Refrigeration. Tertiary qualification is also desirable.

As the Key Account Manager presentation and strong communications required due to consistent interaction with executives, senior leaders, team members and clients. Communication must be clear and concise and demeanor approachable given the close working relationships with teams. Intricate levels of coordination and organisation require detailed and accurate orientation to be successful.
