In this newly created lead role you will have the chance to shape the people decisions for this prestigious government agencies. You will provide timely, accurate and meaningful data and through reporting and analysis of HR Metrics. Proactively looking for opportunities to improve the business you will use both qualitative and quantitative metrics to inform, influence and provide insights and drive the improvement of business objectives. With 1 direct report you will lead the HR analysis and data function and create new ways of working.

In this role you will;

  • Develop and deliver reports to internal and external customers. Researching, compiling and analysing historical and current data and creating new ways to use metrics to create informed decision making.
  • Identify, design and develop HR metrics and Insights that provide support and assistance to identify trends and issues to meet business needs.
  • Lead the analysis of workforce metrics and data and undertake strategic review of information with the aim to produce and maintain reference documentation for all HR metrics in conjunction with existing tools and methodologies.
  • Lead as a subject matter expert; reviewing reporting options and providing analysis. Maintain data integrity on a regular basis and put in place any controls or measures needed to monitor and correct the data.
  • Produce complex reports and support other HRIS and HR operations analysts in producing and using existing reports.
  • Consultant and advise a range of stakeholder internal and external on “what the metrics mean” and how the people stats can improve process and reach business objectives.

You will also have;

  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders, internal and external.
  • A solution focussed approach with the ability to think outside of the box and create reports, analysis and data to support decision making and solutions
  • Strong Excel and Tableau experience and previous experience working with SAP
  • Knowledge of HRIS, Oracle and/or Sucessfactors is highly beneficial
