The Role

This varied and busy Learning and Development Partner is a critical role as part of the enterprise Learning Services team, to advise and design learning solutions that develop and lift the capability of the people across the business.

The role involves extensive stakeholder engagement, consultation and leadership to shape and deliver new learning solutions aligned with the business strategy. The role also requires experience in developing learning solutions which support the professional standards and development needs of employers in their careers in the industry.

Reporting into a Head of Learning and Transformation you will have the opportunity to partner with senior management and business leaders to help with the learning strategy and culture, consult and design learning solutions to design and deliver fit for purpose learning outcomes.

Your experience

  • Considerable learning and development management experience
  • Ability to comfortably move between strategy and operational execution
  • Customer – focus on the learner needs to design learning aligned to the learning strategy
  • Consult extensively to gather requirements and assess suitability of potential learning solutions
  • Professional standards and regulatory experience and understanding of standards to develop learning plans and career pathways to support the development of our people
  • Collaborate with both local and global learning professionals to build a community of practice
  • Develop and manage relationships with preferred partners
  • Use modern learning design techniques to innovate and build the learning culture through modern and fit for purpose design methodologies.
