About the Role
As the Learning and development officer you will work in a team responsible for the review and update of the department's in house training.

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the training project
  • Responsible for discrete activities such as review and update of assessments
  • Developing drafts of E-learnings and face-to-face material
  • Identifying training gaps
  • Review and incorporate learning techniques into courseware
  • Update courses as required
  • Assist with the process of creating strategies, policy, procedures, documents and communication to support the release of training materials

What do you need?
To be a strong contender for this role you must have specialist skills and experience in adult learning

Experience working with Captivate and Janison Learning Management System is positively viewed for this position.
