An opportunity has arisen within the operations team for a logistics and administration officer to join a highly reputable organization based in Arndell Park. You will be working for a leader in the Environmental Services industry on a temporary to permanent basis working full time hours. You will be required to deal with drivers on a daily basis and checking paperwork to make sure that they are complying with RMS fatigue and road laws. This is a great opportunity to work for a National organization with limitless potential to advance in your career.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Checking paperwork received against drivers manifest.
  • High volume data entry and cross checking of documents.
  • Providing support to customer service and scheduling teams to manage sales demand.
  • Authorising driver timesheets and liaising with drivers on a continuous basis.
  • Book collections in consulting with other team members to check availability and service windows.
  • Allocation of drivers and trucks to coordinate the service delivery and/ or collections to maximize run.
  • Generating reports for variation forms and delivery reports.
  • Ensure reports are at completed and other relevant information is communicated to stakeholders in accordance with timeframes and Government bodies.
  • Undertake general administrative tasks including the maintenance
