About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mailroom Clerk to join an highly established NSW Government organisation in Parramatta CBD location. This is a 6 month position with a view for extension.


  • Distribution of incoming mail across the organisation in a fast and accurate manner
  • Delivering mail to different areas of the business site in a timely/efficient manner
  • Opening, scanning and Registration of mail, emails and faxes
  • Assisting the record officers with ad hoc administration tasks
  • Making timely data entry of all inward and outward mails

The successful candidate will need to have the following attributes:

  • 1-2 years as a mailroom clerk
  • High attention to detail & accuracy
  • Strong Administration skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team as well as independantly
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
