The National Marketing Manager position is a critical role and is required to set a five year marketing strategy to drive programs for direct to consumer, retail, e-commerce and distributor channels promoting all products and services in the ANZ region across all retail and wholesale customers. The primary objective of this role is to utilise deep knowledge and understanding of emerging digital technologies as well as traditional Marketing to drive business growth over the next five years.

As part of the leadership team, you will be reporting direcly into the CEO and manage a team of 8 marketers.

The ideal profile:

  • Experience in brand management and positioning.
  • Experience in product planning and product management.
  • Ability to develop strategic marketing plans, define business targets and manage the annual budgets.
  • Experience across multiple marketing disciplines including inbound and outbound marketing
  • Experience in the development and implementation of e-commerce strategy
  • Strong understanding of the key levers in search and social media marketing and a high level of technology awareness.
  • Strong Leadership skills and proven ability to run a team.
