This leader in the automotive industry is seeking a Parts Admin Coordinator to work out of their warehouse in Moorebank. The role will require a multi-tasker with exceptional communication skills, experience with SAP or other Warehouse Management System, Advanced Excel skills and able to support the various parts of the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Run daily and weekly reports for inbound and outbound goods
  • Freight reporting, send freight data to relevant stakeholders
  • Manage relationship with suppliers and brand partners, answer queries
  • Support weekly forecasting for business unit managers
  • Support customer relation issues
  • Oversee customer invoices
  • Manage all internal and operational purchasing
  • Draft Purchase Order Registers weekly
  • Ensure all site service / maintenance is coordinated and execute
  • Reconciliation of creditors invoices / statements
  • Raise CAPEX for purchases
  • Raising, monitoring, receipting and approving purchase orders and handle blocked invoices in SAP
  • End of Month reporting, including reconciliation of monthly P&L, freight accruals, headcount, payroll accruals, casual labour accruals
  • Administer, collate and control all timesheets and the attendance register
  • Ensure all subcontractors are inducted before coming onsite
  • Maintain the OHS noticeboard and ensure it is updated with current information
  • Assist manager / supervisor with recruitment and interviewing activities
  • Handle all entitlement enquiries from employees
  • Coordinate quality audits and ensure recommendations are followed through
  • Update policies and procedures and ensure compliance

  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • An understanding of basic accounting principles
  • An exposure to payroll practices and timesheets
  • SAP Experience
  • Advanced MS Office experience

This role is for 12 months and is paying an annual salary of $60,000 + Super
