National Sales Manager – Iconic Australian Technology Solution Company

6 Figure + Base + Super + Car + Commission

A great opportunity has risen for a driven National Sales Manager, who can lead the team to execute the sales strategy across existing business and new accounts.

The role;

  • Grow and develop the National Sales team to ensure they are executing the sales strategy to hit and exceed targets
  • Develop pipeline of existing accounts as well as new revenue streams from new clients
  • Implement training and develop sessions for the sales team, particularly with reference to offering solution sales
  • Prepare and manage sales budgets

The person;

  • Proven success selling high technology systems and products, ICT or similar
  • Experience selling solutions into health care / hospital markets an advantage
  • Solutions and insight selling skills
  • Tertiary qualified within a technical field or business related subjects
  • High acumen to be able to digest complex offerings and deliver the information in a simple fashion
  • Strong financial / analytical background which can help drive business decisions
  • Coaching and mentoring skills
  • High levels of drive and motivations and keen to succeed even in challenging markets
  • Excellent and clear communications; written, verbal and presentation
  • Be based in Sydney but willing to travel nationally from time to time
