Responsible for generating an increased market share for this major player in the waste management sector. Monitoring the satisfaction levels of customers to provide a quality service that meets or exceeds their expectations

This role will be responsible for developing new business in the Northern Beaches area. The territory stretches from Collaroy to North Sydney, northwest to Glenorie and west to Ryde.

You will have experience in selling services. Ideally within waste management or relevant industry that sells by the cubic metre.

We are seeking a tenacious, driven, focused hunter to develop the territory. There will be NO account management involved in this role. Neither is this an avenue into an Account Management role. Purely new business development.

Ideally we would prefer experience in selling waste management services or services in general. If you have a diploma or business related qualification it would be highly regarded but isn't essential.

Base salary - 70K + 13K Car Allowance + Super (base+car) + 5K Fuel + Etag + Uncapped Commission + iPad / phone

Diploma or above in a business related qualification ideal but not essential. Must have prior experience in selling services. There is NO account management involved in this role.


90% field based. Will need to be in the office for monthly sales meeting and fortnightly one on one catch ups with the sales manager. The rest of the time you are finding new business. You will be tenacious, driven, motivated by hitting targets and earning commission. Ideally you will have experience selling waste management services or services in general.
