The NPP launch is opening up new opportunities to further develop product offerings across both retail and corporate sectors enabling blue sky thinking and real advancement in commercialising disruptive digital and payments products. Reporting to the NPP Commercialisation & Change Lead, this person will lead the delivery of Operations and Back office considerations for the project.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Determine the Operations business requirements for case management and all NPP investigations
  • Determine Back office considerations & procedures
  • Assist in the development of the Operations and Back office procedures and delivery content
  • To apply the learnings of live NPP Participants in developing this environment
  • Transition-to-Live strategy for Operations Management
  • Representative of the NPP Change Management Steering Committee

A self-starter, you will be a payments industry professional, having a sound understanding of Operations management in a fast payments and ideally NPP environment in the Australian payments landscape, either from retail or corporate sector. You will have delivered on complex, transformation programs within financial services and understand Fraud, Sanctions and Payments risk management.

You will excel when working strategically and collaboratively to achieve your agreed outcomes and will be able to handle ambiguity with a calm, flexible and logical approach, influencing and persuading as necessary to unify, rally and inspire those around you.
