About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Customer Service/Administrator to join a highly regarded NSW Government Organization in Penrith Area. Ideally you will have a minumum of 2 years experience in an inbound/outbound customer service environment and be in great physical health.

Duties:

  • Respond promptly to enquiries from clients both internal and external on a wide range of matters
  • Provide a range of administrative and support services to meet the business needs of the team
  • Provide high level & exceptional customer service
  • Undertake a range of administrative support services, including word processing or data entry
  • Providing customer service in a high volume working environment

The successful candidate will need to have the following attributes:

  • Minumum 2 years experience customer service experience in an inbound/outbound environment.
  • Must be able & willing to lift up to 10kg boxes.
  • Must have current drivers licence and own vehicle (not close to public transport/onsite parking provided)
  • High attention to detail & accuracy
  • High level customer service skills
  • Strong Administration skills with advanced level understanding of MS Office (specifically excel).
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team as well as independantly
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
