About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual for an exciting and challenging role working with a leisure-oriented member benefits program on an initial fixed term contract with immediate start.


  • Coordinating the corporate membership and offer renewal process (admin focus)
  • Website content management and development of member communications (template-based)
  • Preparing, sending and collating agreements and other documentation
  • Invoicing
  • Data entry and general database and spread sheet management
  • Providing sales and general administrative support to the team
  • Assisting in the coordination of member events and activities as required

The successful candidate will need to have the following attributes:

  • Superior attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating high volume, largely templated administrative tasks with accuracy, including document collation, working with templates and producing email communications
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Website content management skills and demonstrated content management experience, including editing templates.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and work to tight timeframes
  • A positive can-do attitude and the ability to work with autonomy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Holding a current Drivers Licence would be an advantage
