Our client, a sizeable State Government department within Adelaide CBD requires numerous Contract Administrators to join their team immediately for a 3 month period with the view to extend.

The Contracts Administrator is responsible for providing pre and post award contract management support as well as leading and supporting the following contract management activities:

  • Provide direction for all contract management matters
  • Implement, review and amend approved contracts management systems and processes
  • Developing and maintaining a contracts plan
  • Ensuring compliance to the contract management processes
  • Ensuring an efficient changes and claims management process
  • Claims management and document control
  • Reporting and compliance

To be successful you will have:

  • Current and extensive Contracts Administration experience
  • The ability to establish, build and maintain strong relationships and commercial acumen
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence key stakeholders to achieve the desired outcomes
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Public Sector/Govt exposure will be viewed favourably
  • Tertiary qualifications advantageous but not essential

These are 3 month contract roles starting in early December with the potential to be extended on an ongoing basis for the right candidate.
