Our client, a very well recognised Engineering company are looking to recruit their next valuable team member! Having been around for over 40 years, they are a global leader in Engineering Services .Our client is based in the Penrith region, giving you an opportunity to work close to home.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing front desk reception, and organising general ad-hoc office duties.
  • Greeting all inbound visitors and answering all inbound calls
  • Processing online orders and invoices
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Data entry and system updates in management system
  • General administration (filing, typing, formatting documents, providing documents)
  • Comply with health and safety responsibilities, safe work practices and procedures, and undertake Department audits and training as required.
  • Manage daily rostering of support workers and shifts as requested by coordinators

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and deal with several tasks at once.
  • Experience in areas such as accounts or finance, sales order processing, invoicing, administration of operations or logistics processes etc.
  • Previous Office Administration experience
  • Willing to work flexible hours to suit business requirements
  • Capacity to multi-task and work autonomously
