They are looking for a passionate, on-the-go, energetic person who is efficient, organised and multitask. About the role

  • Meeting and Greeting of Members
  • Product coordination / organising / pick up
  • Centre coordination and management
  • Event coordination & administration
  • Relationship management (members, sponsors, stakeholders and internal clients)
  • CRM activities (registration, reporting, invoicing, attending, batching, website updates)
  • Coordination of event collateral (name tags, lanyards, satchels/gift bags, manuals)
  • Work proactively to support the centre / office

About you:

You absolutely love office coordinating and to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. You're a problem solver with great attention to detail. Experienced in working in a dynamic and busy environment, you remain calm and outcome focused under pressure. Colleagues and clients would describe you as reliable, organised and positive. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities will serve you well in this role. You're creative and fun, but you also get the job done. If you make a mistake, you own it and you learn from it.
