Description

  • Issuing securing passes
  • Relief reception cover
  • Administrative support to the Facilities Manager
  • Organising maintenance contractors
  • Arranging incoming and outgoing mail
  • Dealing with queries in a polite and professional manner
  • Assisting with audio / visual / computer hardware troubleshooting
  • Accurate data entry using a variety of systems
  • Ensuring the reception and internal communal areas are kept tidy
  • Preparation of meeting rooms



Profile

As an ideal applicant, you will have the following;

  • Previous experience within a similar capacity or within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Intermediate MS Office Suite skills
  • Tertiary qualified
  • Outstanding organisation skills
  • Fantastic written and oral communication
