Randstad is actively sourcing for experienced and driven Office Coordinators and All-Rounders within Local Government and Not-for-Profit Organisations.

Your duties will include, but not limited to;

  • Supporting all departments with administrative tasks
  • Diary management, including meeting and appointment coordination
  • Coordinating travel for all staff
  • Meeting, greeting and offering hospitality to visitors
  • Reception duties such as answering phones, mail management, arranging couriers
  • General Housekeeping, Data Input and Record Management
  • Prepare, produce and format reports, correspondence, and other documentation
  • General administration such as copying, filing, collating
  • Maintaining office supply stocktakes
  • Planning and coordinating events and regular board level meetings
  • Taking meeting minutes for board level conferences
  • Office Allrounder Duties;
    • Data entry
    • Reception
    • Administration
    • Call Center
    • Customer Service
    • Personal Assistants
    • Executive Assistants
    • Secretaries

As an ideal applicant you will have;

  • Medium Level of Experience within a Similar Capacity
  • Excellent Organisation and Administration Skills
  • Polite and Professional Communication Style
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Skills
  • Hard Working and Committed Attitude
  • Prior Office Coordination Experience
  • Desirable Knowledge of MYOB & Finances
  • Able to be a Team Player, Meet Deadlines and Multitask
  • Experience within Local Government or Not-for-Profit Organisations Highly Regarded
