About the client:

Our client is a rapidly growing construction consultancy that specializes in commercial, multi-unit residential developments and more. The office is located in Richmond, just a stones throw away from Burnley Station.

About the role:

We are seeking an Office Manager to work with the directors, commercial managers, senior leaders and staff alike to coordinate the delivery of several key projects. You will be involved with supporting multiple projects and tasks undertaken by this commercial division and will play a crucial role in the administrative facilitation to ensure the team's success.

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

-Accounts payable/receivable

-Processing invoices and setting up bank payments

-Follow up all outstanding debtors on a daily basis

-Liaise with staff in relation to projects and budgets

-Process and set up new staff members

-Liaise frequently with Accountant to provide information as required

-Booking meetings and taking meeting minutes

-Preparing presentations

About you:

With this friendly environment, this role calls for someone with the right personality as well as the appropriate experience.

-A minimum of 5 years experience within a similar role

-Outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills

-Able to work methodically, accurately and neatly

-Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word

-Accounting skills – Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks

-Professional and approachable demeanor

-Excellent phone manner
