Our client is a prestigious financial services organization who is seeking an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join their Sydney CBD team. Based in a brand new office space you will largely be responsible for supporting the Director and assisting with high level administrative functions of the team. Those who pride themselves in their professionalism and attention to detail will succeed in this role. The company also offers a friendly, accommodating and open workplace culture.

The Role

This role incorporates varied responsibilities, which will see you:

  • Providing executive assistance through diary and email management
  • Arranging domestic and international travel mainly for the director
  • Efficiently and accurately providing high level administrative support to the team where necessary
  • Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Organising staff functions and client meetings
  • Maintaining the office by liaising with building management, ordering stationery and supplies
  • Preparing reimbursement claims and reconciliations
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures

Your skills & experience

  • A financial services background is necessary
  • Demonstrate minimum 5 years of experience in a support role, for example Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Office Manager
  • Display a high level of professionalism and composure
  • Demonstrate superior communication skills
  • Resilience
