Our client, a progressive and innovative utilities company in the heart of Melbourne's south east are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Organisational Development Consultant to join their already diverse People and Culture team.

With a variety of strategic business goals in mind, the OD Consultant will bring their varied experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development or Organisational Development strategies to design and implement upcoming initiatives and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance business performance through leadership development, employee engagement, culture change and talent & succession strategies
  • Implement and facilitate various projects
  • Advise senior exectives of projects and outcomes through pitches and presentations

Key Attributes

  • Previous experience in HR/L&D or OD
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstated ability in OD or L&D
  • High level of business acumen
  • Passion for people and organisational change
  • Out of the box thinking

Remuneration includes $85k-95k + super
