For Australia's leading quality provider of outside of school hours care (OSHC/OSH/OOSH), we are looking for a permanent part-time educator to start in a service in Waitara.

For Australia's leading quality provider of outside of school hours care (OSHC/OSH/OOSH), we are looking for a permanent part-time educator to start in a service in Waitara.

Expectations

Permanent part-time employment, based in Waitara;
  • High energy with active & creative play for children aged 5-13 years;
  • Play based learning, incorporating children's ideas and interests into planned experiences and routines;
  • Team work to tailor each aspect of the service to engage, inspire and delight the children.

Hours

The hours set out below are across the school terms & School Holiday program. The successful applicant must be available to work Monday to Friday;
  • After School Care 2:30 - 5.30 pm;
  • 15 hours per week.

Skills & qualifications

  • Experience working with children OR within a customer service environment;
  • Skills or interest in physical activities or creative play;
  • Qualifications in Children's Services, Early Childhood, Education, Allied Heath, Social/ Youth/ Community studies, Behavioural Science etc highly desirable;
  • Valid Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.
