OSHC Certified Supervisor – Killara

Working for a Not For Profit organisation, with the flexibility to work either full or part time. You will be committed to providing quality education and care to children from the connecting school. These hours will made up of face to face time with the children, admin work and program development.

Experience within before and after school care is essential in this role, you will be expected to be able to act responsible and be the certified supervisor of the service working closely with the Coordinator and Assistant coordinator.

Mentoring colleagues will be a large part of the role and must be something you are passionate about. Creating strong relationships with parents and caregivers in this role is essential, you will need to be professional, bubbly and outgoing.

Preferably you will have a qualification in Early Childhood, however if you have experience and the correct attitude, we are willing to accept applications from alternative candidates.


  • Be flexible, reliable, spontaneous and enthusiastic, have lots of energy and be passionate
  • Be initiative so you can complete set tasks and make them fun and interesting
  • Fantastic communication skills to be able to work effectively with co-workers, children, parents, school staff and the community.
  • Have your current First Aid certificate – Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willing to obtain).
  • You must be able to meet the requirements of Educational Leader and Certified Supervisor

To be successful you MUST have

  • Current NSW WWCC
  • Qualification’s in Child Care desirable
  • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
  • Completed Child protection
