Our client is looking for an OSHC Coordinator to join their team of exceptional staff on a permanent basis at various services. If you enjoy working with school aged children and would like to make a difference in their life then this is the role for you.

You must have previous experience and be comfortable with a busy, fast paced environment. Working with a fantastic organisation providing high quality education and a great organisational culture.

You will need to be enthusiastic, passionate and committed to providing high quality education for school age children. The ability to implement a fantastic learning program is vital to be successful in this OOSH role.

Previous OSHC experience or a Bachelors in Early Childhood is desirable and to have a Certified Supervisor Certificate and a Diploma or Cert 4 is essential.

You must be able to implement and maintain a program, manage QIP and staff mentoring as well as a safe and healthy environment for all.

As An OSH Coordinator You Will Be Responsible For

- Developing and managing programs for children aged 5 - 12 years in Before School Care and After School Care and - Vacation Care
- Overseeing staff rostering, staff engagement and training.
- Implementing healthy eating plans.
- Overseeing the safety of all children attending care.
- Administration for the program.
- Building relationships with children, their families and school executive and staff
- Hours (Monday Through To Friday) - Timings vary at different services:
Before School Care, 0645am-9am
After school Care, 0215pm-615pm

To be successful you MUST have

- Certified Supervisor Certificate and a Diploma or Cert 4
- Current WA WWCC
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Completed Child protection
