Are you looking to take the next step in the Before and After School Care world? Are you looking for a supportive role where you will receive training and coaching? I am looking for someone to assist in the provision of a high quality out of school care program which meets the expectations of the families and children. This would include assistance with programming, menus, rostering, planning, rostering and ensuring he safety of the children within the centre.

Key responsibilities:

  • To assist the Centre Director/Coordinator, in the management of the Annual operations and be part of the team of committed and enthusiastic childcare workers.
    • Support the development and maintain the delivery of quality before and afters school care
    programs for Primary School aged children, in a healthy and clean environment supporting the
    wellbeing of its students and staff.
    • Assist the Director in the compliance with all regulatory and legislative obligations and industry
    standards for early childhood services (NQF).
    • Assist in the Curly Kids OOSH service outcomes for its families, staff and school community,
    reflecting the centres philosophy, values, vision and OOSH Frame work My Time, Our Place the
    frame work for school aged care in Australia.

To be successful you MUST have

  • Current NSW WWCC
  • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
  • Completed Child protection
  • Experience leading a team
  • Completed a Certificate 3 in Children services, desirable Diploma of Children’s Services (Early childhood education and care) or; relevant years of experience in OOSH with a Teaching degree in Education.
  • First Aid Certificate, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Training (ACECQA approved)
