OSHC Coordinator

Seeking a highly experienced coordinator who can bring their experience and knowledge to the service. To be successful you must have strong confidence in administration and programming in Before and After School Care. Knowledge of the NQF and NQS alongside experience of running a Centre and meeting the necessary regulations is a must for this role. This 120 place services is looking for their next Coordinator, working 8 hours a week, split shifts plus split shift allowance and admin hours included. You will also be able to work in vacation care period

Providing engaging activities for children and creating an atmosphere in which children want to go to is a vital part of this role. Welcoming parents and building strong relationships within the community is an exciting part of this role.

You must have:

  • Current NSW WWCC, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis and CPR
  • 3 years experience working in childcare/ Before and After School Care
  • Diploma in Children’s Service or solid industry experience
  • Child protection
  • Be able to manage budgets
  • Work close with the community and school as well as families and create strong partnerships
