OSHC Coordinator – Gladesville & Vacation Care in North Sydney!

Chance to work for one of the leaders in the industry, offering fantastic professional development and recognition. You will be a part of a supportive environment working within this organisation. The position will be 35 hours a week, and in charge of 38 children with allocated administration time included.

You will be working closely with another service and have some who you can seek extra support from.

Previous OOSH experience is desirable and you must have at least a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or School Aged Care

You will need to be enthusiastic, passionate and committed to providing high quality education for school age children. The ability to implement a fantastic learning program is vital to be successful in this OOSH role.

To be successful you MUST have

  • Current NSW WWCC
  • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
  • Completed Child protection
  • Experience leading a team

The role:

  • Day to day leadership of staff with a focus on leading and mentoring
  • Maintain high standards within the service
  • Budgeting and rostering
  • Split shifts, so would be ideal to live close to the service
  • Be in charge of enrolments for the service
  • Encourage play based learning within the service


  • Be flexible, reliable, spontaneous and enthusiastic, have lots of energy and be passionate
  • Be initiative so you can complete set tasks and make them fun and interesting
  • Fantastic communication skills to be able to work effectively with co-workers, children, parents, service management, school staff and the community.
