OSHC Leader - Part time

Neutral Bay

Part time opportunity, 5 afternoons a week totalling 20 hours in a beautiful, modern service.

Located in the Lower North Shore and catering to 25 children this is a unique opportunity. In this role you need to have a winning attitude. You will be responsible for collecting children and bringing them to the service. Programming is outsourced and there is a different partner everyday providing a challenging and exciting programme!

What we are looking for is someone who can build strong relationships with parents and children and make connections within the community.

This privately owned service is partnered with a few after school care services and you would be supported by an amazing manager with over 20 years experience in the industry.

To be successful you must :

  • Be able to work every afternoon
  • Have some experience working in before and after school care
  • Be flexible, reliable, spontaneous and enthusiastic, have lots of energy and be passionate
  • Be initiative so you can complete set tasks and make them fun and interesting
  • Fantastic communication skills to be able to work effectively with co-workers, children, parents, service management, school staff and the community.
  • Current NSW WWCC
  • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
