My client is a well established manufacturer of a range of cosmetic products produced onsite. They are currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant where a strong portion of the responsibilities include accounts receivable and finance administration functions in a combined role.

Accounts receivable / administration responsibilities include:

  • Receive and process all payment and correspondence associated with the companies' debtors
  • Monitor and report variations between invoice amounts and payments received
  • Review and process customer claims
  • Investigate credit status of all customers applying for credit
  • Reconciliation of Petty Cash

Personal assistant responsibilities include:

  • Provide confidential and efficient Personal Assistant support to the Managing Director and Chairman
  • Organise travel and accomodation arrangements
  • OPen all mail and emails addressed to the company or Managing Director
  • Liaise with internal and external customers efficiently
  • Undertake any other duties as requested by the Managing Director
