Randstad is recruiting a Personal Assistant for a infrastructure business to provide secretarial and administrative support to the relevant General Managers and their teams. The role would include the provision of tasks of a confidential nature.

Knowledge and Skills required

  • Significant experience in a senior secretarial / administration environment
  • Perform confidential word processing, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Processing of invoices including the preparation of purchase orders
  • Assist in the organisation and coordination of meetings
  • Participate in meetings, including taking minutes, distributing agendas and minutes and actions
  • Assist with the timely collation and distribution of meeting papers and other correspondence
  • Follow up of actions on behalf of the General Managers
  • Provide administrative support to the broader team
  • Assist with the production of PowerPoint presentation for the broader team
  • Provide additional administration support to the team
  • Assist direct reports to GMs with tasks associated with the set-up of new starters
  • Undertake or assist with project work as required
  • Ability to draft minutes with demonstrated attention to detail;
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products;
  • Proactively monitor and control telephone calls and emails, and manage diaries
