A State Government Organisation based in Gosford, Central Coast is looking for an experienced Place Manager to assist in curating and delivering in partnership with Central Coast Council, Regional Development Australia (CC branch), GBID (Gosford Business Improvement District) and CCRDC (Central Coast Regional Development Corporation) a program of local community events, activations, and public domain improvements to attract people to Gosford City Centre and achieve place making objectives.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in relationship management and working with community and business stakeholders to deliver public domain outcomes. You will understand the principles of place management, urban design and design excellence. The incumbent will be capable of identifying, coordinating and reporting on relevant emerging community and stakeholder issues.

Experience in project management for similar place management and urban renewal program is essential as well as planning and organisational skills to successfully coordinate programs, events and projects that meet place making objectives within agreed timeframes and budgets.
