Community-oriented, independent primary school located in Melbourne's outern northern suburbs - approximately one hour from the CBD - are seeking qualified primary teachers for multiple roles.

  • Librarian/Literacy Leader
  • Year 6 Teacher
  • Visual Art Teacher (0.4 FTE)

Teachers - Enjoy spacious offices and classrooms, modern technological resources, large sports facilities and a community garden.

Teacher Librarians - Work in a modern and well-resourced library, plentiful with laptops for your students to use. Challenge yourself by creating and implementing literacy programs school-wide.

Visual Arts Teachers - Enjoy a bright and open dedicated arm room with plentiful art and textiles mediums - including offering clay modelling!

Individual roles and responsibilities will differ between roles, however general requirements across all these positions include:

  • Development and implementation of tailored lessons in line with school curriculum
  • Challenging and enaging students within the classroom environment to build confidence and enhance skills
  • Acting as a positive role model in line with the school's mission, values and vision
  • Working with student data to identify & address areas for improvement - including providing student feedback
  • Coordination of extra and co-curricular programs, events, and activities
  • Liaising with the community, faculty team & parents on a regular basis as required
