This role of Process Change Analyst - Credit acceptance, credit operations, unsecured credit acceptance, system releases, SME, Credit Risk, UAT, Security Matrix - is responsible for identifying, driving and implementing projects and operational environments within Unsecured Credit Acceptance, and acting as an SME to ensure successful implementation.

To be successful Process Change Analyst - Credit acceptance, credit operations, unsecured credit acceptance, system releases, SME, Credit Risk, UAT, Security Matrix - in this rapidly expanding company, you need:

Experience:

  • Good conceptual understanding of Acceptance systems, processes and drivers
  • Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
  • Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail
  • Analytical and problem solving skills with experience in interpreting business requirements and developing process flows

In order to:

  • Assist with planning, preparing test plan, data and scripts. Then assist with execution of UAT Activities to ensure its completed within the designated time
  • Assist with all Acceptance cutover activates for each release, Security Matrix, PARM Maintenance and Policy & Procedure Updates
  • Liaise with the training team on the training plan for Project implementation
  • Ensure all tasks executed comply with business, risk and legal requirement
  • Identify Risks, Issues and mitigations and escalate appropriately
  • Assist with managing issues (VTs) post implementation and working with the technology to resolve
  • Post Implementation Support

  • Excellent professional communication skills, both oral and written with experience in documentation
  • The ability to proactively engage with key stakeholders to identify information required to perform
