Purchasing Coordinator

  • Great opportunity for a procurement professional with past dealership experience

Your new Company

Our client is a market leader in fleet services; specialising in repairs, maintenance and product pricing. This rapidly growing business strives to deliver unique services to the market, to ensure the promotion of sustainability. The core services include fleet and novated leasing and salary packaging solutions.

In this position you will be part of a small, dynamic team with a high focus on your leaning and development. If successful for this role you will begin a long life career that will define your customer service and sales ability.

Your new role:

  • Responsible for the efficient and accurate management of all asset orders, ensuring the procurement of vehicles is aligned with the company’s KPI
  • Manage the Procurement inbox enquiries within the required time frames
  • Process of quote requests received from account managers, price requests to dealers and profile into the ‘Procurement Portal’ and ‘Catch-e’ database.

Your skillset and experience:

  • Experience in vehicle ordering and dealer acceptances
  • School Certificate (Year 12) or equivalent
  • Dealership experience (Pre-delivery or delivery) desirable
  • Minimum 2 years experience in automotive industry
  • Must be available from the 15th of January 2019
  • An individual with extensive Purchasing experience
  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Experience in vehicle ordering and dealer acceptances
  • A keen eye for detail
