Randstad is currently looking to appoint a number of experienced administrators and office all rounders to our clients within various departments within the this state government entity.

About the Role

  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Support your team and department manager
  • Follow processes and procedures
  • Data entry
  • Diary management
  • Arrange meetings
  • Write and send agendas/minutes
  • Stakeholder liaison
  • Various administrative duties including data collection, report writing, invoicing and scanning/photocopying

About you:

With your previous experience in an administrative role, you will be immediately available to join these project's with a 'no job too small' attitude. Your skills and attributes will include but not be limited to:

  • High attention to detail
  • Extensive administrative experience
  • Strong MS Office skills including Excel
  • Full Time availability for short or long term contracts
  • Team player
  • Friendly disposition
  • Quick learner
  • Previous experience within government desired but not essential
  • Own car or confidence in public transport system
