Reporting into the Executive Director of People and Culture, you will demonstrate best practice project management and change management strategies to deliver the end-to-end project implementation across the organisation.

To be successful in your new role, you will draw on your previous experience in the implementation of rostering and time & attendance solutions and a familiarity with systems such as RosterOn would be advantageous.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Application of project management principles and best practice project management and tools to develop an end-to-end Project Plans
  • Engage with multiple third party vendors, service providers and stakeholders to leading them through their agreed roles and responsibilities.
  • Present regular project progress reports to the executive team
  • liaising with the communications team to develop and implement and internal communications strategy
  • Using your strong change management and stakeholder skills to ensure engagement and adoption of the new system

Your previous experience in healthcare, government or NGO will be highly regarded in your application.

We are looking for someone with proven stakeholder management capabilities in complex organisations and somebody with exceptional communication, planning and prioritisation skills.
