About the Company for the Project Engineer role:

Working within the Government Transport cluster based in Sydney's north shore, you will join a well recognised team on a high profile project with a huge footprint on the NSW rail network.

Key responsibilities and duties of the Project Engineer:

  • Provide support to the Project Manager in the delivery of stations and signalling enabling works
  • Contribute to determining and implementing the project schedules and activities through the project lifecycle
  • Help monitor the project budget and assist with forecasting of fash flow.
  • Assist with determing project risks
  • Help with tender assesment and the preparation of relevant tender documents
  • Stakeholder management across the entire cluster
  • Build working relationships outside of the cluster (Councils, other authorities, contractors etc)

Skills and Experience of the Project Engineer:

  • Tertiary qualification relevant to the industry
  • Solid experience in a similar role
  • MUST have experience working on the NSW rail network
  • Understanding of Transport cluster procedures preferable
  • CIC Card
  • Previous history working on signalling projects essential
  • Station upgrade experience preferable
