This builder/developer has several ongoing business interests and as part of continued to growth and development is expanding their Melbourne construction team and are seeking a high calibre Project Manager and Contracts Administrator to join the team. With four additional projects commencing through 2017 they are seeking to supplement their first class team and are seeking individuals with a track record in project delivery of high end apartments to join the group.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all time, budget and quality aspects of one of these apartment projects You must be an effective communicator with the ability to delegate and mange the project team. With one of the groups Site Managers working with you, and a well qualified CA to be appointed, your core responsibilities will be to managed the project to the specified paramaters of time, cost and quality. Strong stakeholder management skills, programming expertise and IR skills required. Pkg to $200k

As Contracts Administrator, you will work closely with the PM and General manager and play a critical role in the financial management and of the projects. Core responsibilities will include document control, procurement, preparing tender documents and RFI’s, and processing of claims, variations and invoices. Pkg to $140k
