Take this opportunity to secure a permanent, full-time position as an experienced Project Manager based in Adelaide.

Join a strong, multi-national brand with a full EPC capability, delivering predominantly high value greenfield (and some brownfield) turn-key projects. Operating in a high risk working environment in the energy sector, this firm are proud of their strong commitment to their clients, safety and quality service delivery which will be further strengthened by the appointment of this project leadership role.

Reporting to into the General Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of major projects assigned to you achieving all objectives regarding safety, environment, quality, time and budget.

Key elements of the role:

  • Development Project Management Plans
  • Produce, monitor and update project schedules
  • Monitor and control risks, quality, design, procurement, time, safety, environmental factors
  • Project resource management
  • Client & stakeholder relationship management
  • Project reporting management
  • Project risk assessments & strategies

The suitable candidate will posses the following:

  • An engineering degree is preferred or relevant trade with suitable industry experience
  • Formal qualification in Project or Business Management is highly regarded
  • Proven experience in managing projects in either Power, Energy, Oil & Gas or heavy industrial environments
  • Well developed project management experience is required
  • Computer literacy (MSOffice & MSProject)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and be organised
  • Have the ability to build relationships and rapport with all levels of staff and clients
  • Clean C Class Licence
  • White Card

Whilst this is an Adelaide based role, there will be the need for you to be flexible with travel to site (including interstate), when required.
