Our Client

A small yet respectable company turning over around $12m-$15m p.a., with projects anywhere in Australia, but they do have a strong track record and are one of the leading Australian companies in the market. They are looking for a project manager, ideally with experience in remedial engineering – repair and protection of infrastructure, mainly concrete and steel – but first and foremost a good manager with a technical aptitude. There is definite potential for career progression.

Project Manager

Duties Include:

  • Life cycle project management
  • Procurement process,
  • Planning & Scheduling,
  • Negotiation and liaison with subcontractors,
  • Project financials & budget management
  • Liaising with your site team to drive the program to an effective and successful conclusion.

The requirements for this project manager role include:

  • Tertiary qualified in civil engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years project management experience on civil, (concrete and steels preferred)
  • Must have worked on civil construction projects in Australia
  • First Aid certificate level 2
  • Drivers license
  • MSIC card
  • Construction Industry OH&S Induction card
