Randstad is working with a large government client who is looking to identify an experienced Project Manager.

The primary purpose of the Project Manager is to manage the PMO ICT projects to drive process efficiencies; integration and improve business intelligence. Having worked as a Project Manager previously, the successful candidate will be able to develop standard processes and artifacts for the management of ICT projects. Additional to this, they will be required to Coordinate the ICT projects pipeline, manage and report metrics.

Key Accountabilities:

- Create artifacts for the planning and delivery of projects, including complex and/or large projects

- Responsible for the on boarding of Project Managers, and provide support in standing up projects

- Assist with the development of portfolio level management processes

- Requirement owner for the development of automation for project tracking and reporting for the business

- Regularly communicate with key business stakeholders and project managers to ensure overall portfolio outcomes are met and appropriately reported

- Develop and implement project management plans as required

Selection Criteria:

- Demonstrated experience managing complex ICT programs and project from concept through to evaluation

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a solutions and consultative approach

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration and negotiation skills with the capability to build, maintain and use strong partnerships with customers and stakeholders to deliver collaborative and quality outcomes

- High level experience in Agile Project Management Methodologies and JIRA software

- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands, meet deadlines and achieve results with a customer focused approach
